Available in November. Lease until end of May. Female applicants only due to shared spaces with other females. Clean, fully furnished upstairs bedroom. Will share full size bath between two bedrooms (see floor plan) with one other female. Also use of half bath downstairs. Large furnished kitchen. W/D in unit on same floor as bedrooms. Location is east side of Laramie, walking distance to Walmart, on UWY bus route. Stationary bike and small hand weights. Filtered water. HOA takes care of all outside maintenance (snow/lawn). Rent includes all utilities (water/sewer/elect/HOA fee/Internet/Garbage).

This is my house and I am there every few weeks for a few days. You will share the space with two UWY students. One is my daughter, a senior double major and the other is a grad student in the pharmacy program. Mature household. All of us are friendly, independent, busy, clean, quiet, respectful, communicative. We don't mind occasional interactions but mostly keep to ourselves. Seeking similar. Owner occupied property - Pet Free / Smoke Free / Vape Free. Prospective roommates will have a video chat or meet in person with current roommates. There is a security deposit required which will be returned (minus cleaning fee) at the end of the lease term if there are no damages to the property. Thank you.
