Looking for private room for couple

Looking to rent a private room for my husband and I. We are quiet, drama free, laid back and easy to get along with. We won't be having people over. Our children are grown so it's just the two of us. We both work so we won't be there all the time. We keep to ourselves but don't mind friendly conversation and we are absolutely willing to help out with any household chores and tasks. My husband is great at fixing things while I actually enjoy cleaning and housework. Willing to trade part of rent for these things if interested.
