One-cat-friendly rental of apt

Looking to rent an entire place for roughly $ a month. I have a very well behaved angel of a cat and my credit score is so no one will offer me an apartment. I have OCD so I’m very clean, but I'm also laid back and , so the only guests I’ll have are my boyfriend and my brothers. I’m happy to meet in person during any daytime hours. Thank you!
