Location: Super central! 1 minute walk to the Red Line shuttle stop (direct to Main Lodge) and just one block from Main St & Old Mammoth Rd—easy walk to Grocery Outlet, coffee shops, and restaurants.

About the Condo: • bath condo – you’ll rent the private bedroom. • Bathroom is shared. • Living situation: You’ll share the space with -year-old child. We stay in the living room nights per week. • New King mattress, fresh paint, new recessed ceiling lights, and new quiet wall heaters. • Kitchen & bath are fully functional (original cabinets, not yet remodeled). Stove, fridge, air-fryer, coffee-maker, toaster. • Your room has new electric wall heating. Electricity bill is shared.

Parking: • Open parking (not assigned): Building allows 2 cars total— for us. You can park in any open spot. • Important in winter: Strict building rules for moving cars during snowstorms. • HOA handles all snow removal—no shoveling for you!

House Rules: • Building quiet hours: am (when we’re home, we follow 8 pm quiet hours because of early ski practice). • Sauna and Jacuzzi access • No smoking, no vaping, no , no drugs, no parties, no pets.
