Hello, I'm looking for a roommate. I have a nicely furnished spare bedroom with a walk-in closet in zip code area. To be compatible, I need someone who is relatively quiet, sociable, clean, responsible, stable, even- tempered and has a job or some form of verifiable income. Please, no criminal record, no drugs, no drinking, no smoking, no loud music, no overnight guests, and no pets allowed. I do have a dog and 2 cats which is the max I can have in this upstairs sq ft apartment. Use of the washer/dryer, dishwasher, frig, microwave, internet, electricity, water, sewer, garbage included in monthly fee. The hall bathroom will be yours. I am easy going, friendly and clean.
