ABOUT THE ROOM:

Fifteen Hundred for total move in cost. Room
is currently furnished, it’s a nice size space has full closet with a large window overlooking front of the house and is the only bedroom located downstairs so there is a sense of space and privacy. The downstairs bathroom is directly next to the room and would mostly be used by whoever is residing in the downstairs room since we have other bathrooms upstairs.

ABOUT THE AREA:

We live in a lovely brand new home in a new housing development just 2 miles to local grocery stores, eateries, gas station, entertainment, and freeway in Perris, Ca (South Perris/Sun City very near Menifee).

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

The rent includes utilities, cable, internet, AC, laundry, use of kitchen and patio area. For recreation there are nearby parks, fitness centers, bike trails, walk trails, it’s relaxing to just sit out in the backyard in the mornings and observe people in hot air balloons and skydiving while it’s still cool outside. When it’s hot we keep the AC at a comfortable degrees.

YOUR HOUSE MATES:

You will be sharing the house with myself and my 2 kids “young adults”. I am a professional at a local university and have been on my job over years. Everyone here either works, attends school or doing both.

HOW WE LIVE:

The house is usually kept very neat, but there is no maid, everyone does a little here and there and cleans up behind themselves and not that we are all into eachothers business, but whatever is discussed or overheard in the house stays in the house that’s the code.

MOVE-IN FEES:

I’m asking $ month plus deposit is $. I’ll need proof of income, references and a background check before making a decision. Feel free to call/text with any questions or just to discuss the possibilities. Ready for Move-in Now!
