We're an easy-going group of young professionals in our mid twenties-thirties who are friendly and respectful looking for a new roommate! Our house has 5 total roommates, with 2 women and 2 men staying on. We're a twelve minute walk from the Pentagon City Metro. Utilities vary, averaging about $one hundred/month.

The available room is on the first floor and is one of the larger in the house! Since our house is old, the built-in closet space is limited. The room is intended for single occupancy.

We are looking for someone in their mid twenties-thirties who is friendly, respectful, responsible, non-smokers. Our landlord will run a credit & background check during the application process. The lease duration is for 1 year and it can be renewed annually. Please tell us a little about yourself - things like what you do for work, what you like to do outside of work etc. Let us know your availability to tour the house and meet the roommates (virtual or in-person).
