Room available near hospital

Hello!

My name is Brent, and I’ll be looking to rent out a room here in my home in Northeast Bend. The room is available now. A little bit about me, I’m and work for the City of La Pine. I’m typically in the office Monday through Thursday, and home in the evenings and on weekends. I’ve been in Bend for about 4 years. I like to get outside and hike, backpack, snowboard, mountain bike, woodwork, and fill my time with house projects. I also dig hanging out with friends or just going out to a music show.

About the house, it’s a bath home. It is walking distance to the hospital and Ontap, which has many awesome food carts. I purchased the home and have been remodeling it since then. There’s a few minor unfinished projects in the house (primarily some landscaping) that I’m hoping to have finished up in the next few months. The room I’m looking to rent is a guest bedroom that can either be furnished or unfurnished. The guest bathroom is down the hall, but will be all yours. The house is fully equipped with everything that you would need, so if you’re a minimalist I got you covered. I ask no pets please. No couples.

Rent would be month to month $ w/s/g included, last month's rent upon move in, and refundable deposit is $. Utilities split would be gas, internet, and electricity. Please message me if you’re interested. I look forward to hearing from you!
