This place is an early th-century, bathroom house with a basement and garage.

The location is in Midtown, near Capitol Park, state offices, near access to light rail, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

We are looking for one more roommate to fill one more room. An ideal roommate would be a young professional (state worker a plus), who is LGBTQ friendly, is clean, no-drama type, and pays rent on time. Prefer no pets and prefer commitment to stay on lease until the end in March st.

Utilities include SMUD, PG&E, and Xfinity high-speed internet which are separate from the rent.
