This apartment is the nicest one to be found in this price range in all of central Columbus when we went looking two years ago, and we looked long and hard. Just an 8-minute drive from downtown, the house sits off Broad St where a new bike path was recently installed. Within walking distance you have the OSU Health Community Center, the MLK Library, the YMCA, the new East Market just on the other side of Franklin Park, the beautiful Franklin Park Conservatory and more. There are four neighboring apartments with residents who are pretty quiet, amicable, and keep to themselves. Some have dogs but they are friendly pets. It is a 2nd floor apartment with two stairwells leading to the front and back entrances. New kitchen appliances, cabinets & flooring (not shown here; in fact, some pics provided are of an adjacent apartment). Laundry hookups (and some storage) available in the basement but I go to a local cleaner. I will add more info as I think of it. Current roommate moving by end of this month (October). Questions?
