Furnished room. Has a queen size bed, dresser, desk and chair, and TV to borrow.
Access to laundry room, full kitchen, and other common areas. You'll have room upstairs with a shared bathroom. Access to hallway closet and pantry space for food plus plenty of frig/freezer space.

You would be responsible for your own food, toiletries, laundry soap, or cleaning supplies needed for your personal use.

Must love dogs as I have yorkies. We have gates to keep them in common area and not upstairs. Unfortunately we cannot take any more animals in.

You'd be sharing in a -story house with me F and my mother , a housemate who is very quiet. I love to tend to my garden and Yorkies. My mom loves to sit and read and we both love to watch movies and listen to music.

We ask for someone who works and can show proof of income.
