Unfurnished room for rent

Description

I’m looking to rent out my unfurnished master bedroom with private bath starting November 1st (possibly as early as october th). I need someone who can commit through the end of the lease in October of next year, with the option to extend if we both agree.

Per the apartment complex, you’ll need to pass their background check. Rent includes utilities and is due on the 1st each month—no exceptions. The apartment has a washer/dryer, and you’re welcome to use the kitchen and cooking items.

I travel often, so I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and enjoys a peaceful home. This is not a fit for couples or for someone who regularly has a partner staying over. We are also at the community’s pet capacity, so no additional animals are allowed.

The common spaces are yours to enjoy, including a quiet ground-floor patio overlooking the woods and a well-equipped gym in the community. It’s a calm, tucked-away spot—perfect for someone who values a relaxing space to come home to.
