Room for rent

Description

I have a biggest room available in The same condo, for single person is $ for couples with kids is $ but you’ll still sharing bathroom with the other person and he’s not often at home and if he’s at you’ll not notice him coz he’s a quiet guy. I’ll always home after my shifts works time to time to get something there or to collect rent payment when rent is due .Please no overnight guests and pets is not allowed please. Be respectful and kind to each other no drama please, no pets and no overnight guests please . And rent have to be paid every th days of the month please.
