Need roommate for Nov or Dec

Hello everyone, I’m trying to move out this year bc I’m relocating states and I’m looking for someone that can take over my lease with my other roommate (f dogs but they are very friendly and quiet! You would be taking over the master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom! The rent listed has utilities included. It’s about min from the airport in Scottsdale! The lease ends in March but my roommate is open to renewing for another year! Pls text me if you have any other questions! I also would rly like to get rid of my bed frame, mattress, nightstand, desk and chair! So if you don’t want to deal with moving or shipping I’m happy to leave the room furnished!
