We have a .5 bathroom house in Old Hickory Hills neighborhood. We’re about min from Broadway.
The bedroom is unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom but it is not connected to the bedroom. Rent would be $ a month + security deposit. All utilities, Wi-Fi/internet, lawn care, and trash is included in the rent. Only additional cost would be pet rent if you have pets.
