Room for rent in spacious

Looking for clean and respectful roommate in a apt I’m moving into at an end of October. It’s a newer community built in with nice amenities. Short term preferred, longer if we are a good match! Ideally looking for someone wanting month stay but this would be a month to month situation and I’d just appreciate day notice if you’re leaving. Great for someone relocating to the area like myself. Although I love pets, I do have 2 sweet dogs so sadly no additional pets world be allowed. $ move in fee but if there are no damages upon move out it will be returned. $ includes all utilities and internet as well. I’ll have common space furniture but the room will be unfurnished.
