Room for rent

I have a room available with a shared bathroom.
I live in a bath 3 story condo it’s pretty spacious.
I do have a dog and he does roam the house he’s well trained and a really nice dog but it your scared of dogs this is not the place for you

We all split utilities equally which can range $ a month on top of the rent that’s due it increases during the summer

There’s a parking space in the garage so your car will be safe
If you smoke you can smoke in the patio outside or in the garage
Washer and dryer is located in the garage

I’m pretty chill just want no drama and pay on time
