Lease Takeover

Hey y’all, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Retreat at Austin Bluffs.

It’s a bath with a private patio. Rent is $ a month, and with utilities/fees it comes out to around $ (or ~$ if you’ve got pets).

Apartment stuff:

Washer & dryer in unit

Dishwasher + microwave

Walk-in closet

Carpet in the living/bedroom, vinyl in the kitchen

Pet friendly (up to 2 pets)


Community stuff:

Pool + fitness center

Dog park

Easy parking


Lease runs until May (about 8 months left, and you can renew after). Leasing office does require an application and x income before taxes.
