Hi, my name is Peri. I am a -year-old professional, and I just rented a new apartment in Lyndhurst, NJ. I am looking for a female roommate to share the rent with.

The monthly rent is $ (heat, hot & cold water included). The room will be available on October . The room is private and unfurnished. If furnished is preferred, the price may change since I will need to purchase furniture. The apartment has a shared eat-in kitchen and laundry in the basement. There is an NYC bus right in front of the house ( min to Manhattan), or another bus stop just 2 blocks away ( min to Manhattan). Street parking is very easy. Short-term or long-term is ok.

I am looking for a clean, respectful, easygoing female roommate who values personal space, works regularly, and does not smoke or weed.
