Private room for rent! The room is a spacious room with a walkin closet and bathroom. Price listed is a month but that doesn’t include half of electric which would be about or so depending on the month, all other utilities (water, internet is included) I have 2 cats and a dog which are ESA certified so if you’d like to bring an animal you can do that as well, I’d just like for them to meet and be okay with each other first. Location is minutes from downtown Tampa and minutes from St. Petersburg. I work in the Air Force and am currently active duty, I work from about pm, the apartments have a nice pool as well as a fitness center in the complex. In unit laundry and dish washer.
