Super cozy near downtown and CSU

Description

This is a house with two floors, a basement, and a large backyard. I use the upstairs rooms for home office and my bedroom. I am renting out the downstairs room and bathroom. Utilities include high speed internet. One small dog or cat allowed but must get along with my cat. Modern washer and drier in unit. I am also setting up a small gym in the basement. This is 1 mile east of downtown. Female roommates and gamers preferred. Credit check required.
