I’ll be studying abroad next semester and am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Chancellor’s Square Condos. The location is right in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill, just 2 minutes from Franklin Street and a -minute walk to campus.

You’d be living with a junior girl, and I’m looking for another girl to take my spot.

Living room fully furnished + all essential appliances
Bedroom can be furnished (bed, desk, shelves) or left empty, your choice
