Hi, my name is David. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Dublin. The monthly rent is EUR and the room is available from 1st December.

The room is in Islandbridge, D8, across from Phoenix Park, only 3km to City centre from 1st December .

Fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside lockers, standard comfortable double memory foam mattress in room.

I only want to rent the room out to one other person.

Currently one person living in the apartment, Irish gay male professional , and a cat 6 years old. I don't work from home

One main bathroom which has a bath and shower. To share only with one person.

Bills not included in rent; Electricity and Wi Fi Broadband. Broad band is each. There is a night meter, so electricity is not crazy expensive, I also got the place insulated. Electric about a month each.

I am using the only assigned car parking space, you could ask one of the neighbours if you can use/rent their space, or park for free on the street across from the warehouse at the war memorial gardens.

Deposit required is EUR .

Apartment is non smoking and drug free.

Islandbridge is only mins on a bike to most places in Dublin City Centre.
Islandbridge has excellent transport links, with easy access to lines , C, G There are several hours buses and it Close to M.

It also only 2 Min walk to War Memorial Gardens, 3 mins to a pizza cafe and a coffee shop, 6 min walk to the Spar.

The Phoenix park, the largest park in Europe is across the road and you can see it from your room.

Close to James Hospital and a lot facilities in the Dublin 8 and city.

RENT IS plus bills, which are around a month.

Lower if Monday to Friday person.
