I am renting a bedroom in a one story home. The bedroom comes unfurnished with a private bathroom, a shared the kitchen and living space. Comes with its own parking spot, washer, and dryer, and a backyard. The rent is $ per month, not including utilities. Morgan does require an $ deposit (one month’s rent). Will need to be willing to go through a background check.
