Tenancy takeover ASAP

Description

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy asap (male only):



- Must be a student

- House is in heaton ( Rothbury Terrace), a 4 minute walk away from the metro or a min walk to both Newcastle uni and Northumbria uni

- Rent is around £ a month inc bills (£ excluding bills) until August .

- The house will be shared with 5 other flatmates, all 3rd year students, all male. They are all kind, clean and respectful people.

- The house has 3 bathrooms, a dining room, living room (now has a TV, unlike in the photo I provided) and a very nice kitchen
