- Newly-renovated with modern fixtures

The neighborhood is super walkable and friendly. Close to Wilshire and San Vicente. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, grocery stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc.

My roommate Alex and I are excited to find someone who likes to be friends with their roommates, and is clean and respectful. I work from home and Alex works in the office. We both love coffee and matcha, ordering in, watching tv together, and taylor swift. :)

We would consider someone with a small dog or a cat! We are also open to having a couple take over the room since it could comfortably fit two (DM me for details on that.)
