The Room: Standard size with two large closets and a stunning Lake Erie view. It is fully furnished with two twin beds, a standing desk, and a dresser. You are welcome to use your own preferred furniture and decor!

Shared Utilities: Internet and electricity (covering lights, appliances, and window AC units) will be split.

Vibe: This is a quiet, professional apartment that provides a calm, peaceful home environment.
Current Roommate: I'm social, outgoing, and professional! I love music, art, good food, and any activities involving the lake.
Schedule: I'm an early riser (out by 7 AM, back after 1 PM) and am open to any schedule, as long as we maintain a quiet atmosphere late at night.
Pets: No pets, with the exception of fish.
