Lease Takeover

Description

Hi, looking for preferably a female college student to take over my lease. There are two women on lease that are my friends and unfortunately I need to move due to personal circumstances that warrants me moving. These ladies are so helpful and make it very welcoming and comforting in the apartment. The landlord lives below and will not tolerate loud noises but the space is separate from her. The rent is split between three and is per person. Utilities not included, it is split with the landlord and another additional payment is the oil tank is split which is dollars per person out of three as the end of the year whenever empty (last quite awhile until payment is needed, not monthly). The place is completely furnished and has kitchen utilities due previously being an airb&b apartment. There are 3 bedrooms (two are occupied), with a living space, kitchen, laundry included, and shared bathroom.
