One Bedroom open for rent !

Hi! My name is Caleb Dickie and I have a two bedroom apartment, in which currently renting out one of the rooms! I just moved in myself so excuse how empty it looks lol, I moved out from a one bedroom so I’m excited to soon buy an actual kitchen table and an actual couch ! I don’t stay home often so I think it would be silly to keep the room for myself and pay all this money for it. I am completely fine and happy with for refurnishing and whatever else, but if you have any suggestions or want to buy furniture yourself you are definitely more than welcome! I don’t mind if you ever have friends over or whatever else, I have a girlfriend but we’re both pretty quiet people and wouldn’t be at my apartment that often to begin with. I have wifi and going to be for all utilities! If you’re interested and have any questions feel free to reach out !
