I am an older gentleman that moved to Cleburne this year. I am excited to be here and to soon retire! I have a beautiful home ready to have someone as well to grace their presence here. I am looking for 1 roommate only and looking for female. No offense to males but it has been my experience they are better roommates. :) The room is upstairs, so if you have issues with stairs this is not a good fit. The bathroom is downstairs but is only bath. So showers or baths would have to be shared ....... I travel quite a bit so I hope that would be not be an issue. Room will be ready for move in sometime in November. Also the rent is month to month - I think this serves all a better experience. Deposit is but negotialble.
