Light/airy room in heart of Paris

Lovely room available in the heart of Paris, the St. Lazare/Opera neighborhood. Light, airy, hardwood floors, fully furnished. High speed wifi internet. Great transport by bus, metro, RER, taxi just down the street. This neighborhood has lots of little restaurants and cybercafes and grocery stores. The building itself has been renovated recently as well. This is a shared apartment, but about half the time I am out of town at my other home in Stockholm. So sometimes you have the place all to yourself. And, you can have a fair amount of privacy otherwise as your room is right at the entrance to the apartment itself, and the bathroom is right across from your room. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full bathtub, subway tile walls and slate floor so it is easy to keep clean. People who stay here often like it so much they never want to leave, but I like to rent the place out for a year at a time. And somewhat shorter stays can always be discussed. Available immediately as another rental fell through all of a sudden. Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and who pays the rent on time! :) If all of this suits you, welcome!
