**SUBLEASE FOR JANUARY 2026 - MAY 31st 2026**

Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my room after I graduate this December! It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on Woodland Ave and you would live with three other girls. Rent is $575 plus utilities. It is about a 10 min walk to campus and includes parking behind the house! I included some pictures of the house with my room, bathroom, and pantry you would share with the one other girl!

I am also willing to pay for January’s rent while you get settled!
