Semi Private: Living room with futon and TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and induction burner. Desk and desk chair included in the living space. All this is yours, but the shared washer is in the same room as the kitchenette, so I'll be down there to use the wash.

The entire basement is about sq ft and other than me using the laundry is all yours. Entry is through the main level via a keypad entry.

Shared Amenities: Washer/dryer, front patio, small backyard, pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse.

Location: minutes to Denver Tech Center and University of Denver, near parks, trails, and grocery stores, close to RTD Southmoor and Yale park and rides.
