Hello! I’m looking for a roommate asap!! My roommate is moving out at the end of October , so her side of our bath will be available. Shared living room + kitchen, but each side has its own bathroom/closet (the available side has a walk in closet). Rent is $/tenant ( utilities included) & electricity and internet ranges $/tenant depending on how much we use. Located off Bell near the I-. Move in fee depends on credit- with credit it is $ and without credit it is first month base rent ($) or month and half base rent ($). About me: I’m , I moved out here to AZ about 2 years ago, I do have a 6 month old super sweet cat, I just graduated cosmetology school early September, I work full-time in morning/afternoon Tuesday-Saturday, I’m responsible, clean, and easy to get along with.
