Large Room: By UR and downtown

Hello. My name is Linzey. I work in the healthcare field and Real Estate. I live in a beautiful three bedroom house with my father and have a spare room that I would like to rent. I’m looking for a working professional, who is clean, respectful and responsible. You will have access to the kitchen to cook. You will have space in the cabinets for your food and in the fridge. There is a TV in the room, although it is old and we do not have cable. We only have Wi-Fi. I do have a dog who is trained to be inside and out. His name is Dexter and he is a Staffordshire pitbull. He is friendly and usually minds his own business. There is on- laundry. There restroom is shares. And there is street parking only. This house is located very close to downtown about a three minute drive and about a three minute drive from the university of Redlands. It is about a ten minute drive to the Redlands community Hospital.
