Heya, so it’s just me (Sonya ) and my daughter (Brooklyn ) living here currently and we both study from home so thought it would be nice for brooke to have a bit more movement around the place sometimes. So I am looking ideally for a flatmate around the ages of late teens to s. Maybe early s. Brookes really mature for her age, heaps of hobbies, holds a conversation, witty sense of humour, isn’t engrossed in her phone infact barely uses it (no judgement if you do)). If different cultures to us that would be really cool too. But in saying that that isn’t the be all and end all haha it’s just a possible mutual bonus, as it always is with flatties. A bit about us, the usual if not chilling doing art gardening etc at home will be at or on the lake, playing tennis, bush walks, picnics, road trips, eating ice creams lol live music, concerts etc etc if you aren’t from around here happy for you to come along. The boring stuff, I love music but not late at night lol, no sleep overs accept in exceptional circumstances that I would assess at the time. Females only please. Rent is to be paid in advance. You must be employed. References would be an advantage.
