You’ll be rooming with a very hardworking and drama free single mom and her respectful and quiet young teen. This is a very spacious and cat friendly house. The complex has newly renovated common spaces and a very nice gym. Gated community parking. The room is massive, the bed is either a king or cal king. Comes with two dressers and a desk, perfect for a student or young professional. Two sinks, a bathtub and shower combo. Washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen access and utilities as included. Located right next to Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Costco, and many other stores.

My roommate and her son have been the best family I could have asked for during my undergrad at UC Irvine, and I’ve thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed my stay here. We would prefer a girl roommate.
