🏠 Unit: Studio apartment in the building (unfurnished but I will leave full bed frame + mattress, and a coffee table)
📍 Location: Park Lane, S. Sparks Street, just off Beaver Ave — walking distance to campus & downtown in a quiet neighborhood.
💵 Rent: $ / month + electric (heating + water included)
📆Lease Term: January 1st - August 1st
