Great Room in Pilot House

Hi, I'm searching for a roommate in my -bath apartment in Pilot House at Riverdale Park.



BUILDING: Great neighborhood near Whole Foods, Starbucks, and several restaurants. Parking garage with a gated area for an extra monthly fee. The building has a courtyard, fitness center, coffee machine, printing, and large lobby with study areas. Concierge til midnight.

APARTMENT: Spacious (like actually quite large) with all major appliances facing the courtyard. The common areas are furnished but there will be room for your stuff, if you have any. Your bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bathroom.

ME: year-old gay man. I have a dog half-time (shared with an ex) who is small, friendly, and doesn't shed much (poodle mix). I go into work M-F, though I might be able to do some teleworking again soon. I like to keep things generally clean and organized, but not in an intense way.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR: Open to any age/gender. Looking for someone who is respectful and friendly, reasonably clean, and knows how to communicate. Above all else I'm looking for an stress-free living environment. Strong preference for non-smokers.
