Apartment is on the second floor (6 steps).No cats or dogs allowed. The bedroom has 2 large closets. One behind door and another on other side of bedroom. Bed is queen size electric adjustable bed and raises to sitting position. New linens, towels and pillows for the bedroom are available if needed. Nightstand , large 3 deep drawer dresser, the headboard has 2 hidden slide out 3 row slim shelves. Roku tv (will need your own Roku for apps. Large window with great sunlight. Private hall bathroom. I have tons of spices, more than most. I have a lot of pots and pans. Apartment has dishwasher and garbage disposal. In unit washer/dryer, new fridge and stove. Looking for laid back roommate who isn’t overly loud. Prefer 6 month lease. Flexible. I have a ring camera and a camera in living room general area and facing the door. My bearded dragon has his own enclosure with cameras to watch his movements as I use a lot of them for TikTok . I have an August front door lock that is Bluetooth for keyless entry.
