🧼 House Expectations: ●Pay rent on time($/month)(One time $ clean fee) ●Quiet hours: AM (no exceptions) ●No overnight guests (visitors must leave by PM) ●No pets ●Clean up after yourself and keep shared spaces neat ●Do not leave water running or lights on unnecessarily ●Respect kitchenware: no soaking or scratching cookware ●Use a PO Box or separate address for mail/packages ●Be mindful that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (stairs required)
🐾 Community: The building is in a dog-friendly, peaceful neighborhood with nearby access to Food Lion, Publix, Walmart, Target, Goodwill, Baskin Robbins, and Chick-fil-A. You’ll see dogs around, but the unit and community are typically quiet and well-kept.
I’m not asking for much–just respect, cleanliness, and volume control. You’re welcome to use the living room and kitchen as long as you’re mindful and considerate.
