Hello! I'm currently looking for someone to sublease an apartment to. Its a layout at West in Kennesaw, GA. The rent is $/Month plus any extra costs like "reserved parking". There is 1 girl in the apartment.

All Utilities and Internet are included in the rent cost. The amenities include; stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, living room tv, quartz counttertops, and a large kitchen.

They have a pool, gym, social, and study area in the building free to use! The social area also has a Starbucks machine!

Its a 7 min drive from KSU and is on the OWL Bus Route. Its also mins away from any food, shopping, or entertainment. It is also mins away from Town Center at Cobb Mall.

You need to go through a background check, possibly have a guareentor, and have them go through the background check as well.
