Hi, my name is Ava. I am a -year-old professional. I am looking for two roommates. The room is in Cullowhee. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on August . Currently, I am the only person who has applied to live in that space. At the time of move in, I will be a junior attending Western Carolina, studying Forensic Biology. I am great about cleaning up after myself, and I consider myself to be pretty chill and easy to get along with. I have a long-term boyfriend who will be staying a few nights occasionally, but he is super respectful and clean. I like to read, watch movies, shop, and hang out with friends! I am definitely a night person, and tend to do homework or study at night, and then sleep in during the day, so I would prefer a roomie who can be a little quieter in the mornings. I love animals, but I am unfortunately very allergic to cats and slightly allergic to dogs. I would be willing to room with someone who has a dog, or any pet other than a cat!
