Description

This room is a rear upper floor room with windows facing the North and overlooking the backyard and tree line. It rents for hundred per month and is unfurnished. The upstairs has two other rooms that are currently rented. The three rooms upstairs have one shared full bath with hall access. All occupants share the kitchen and livingroom. All occupants split the utilities equally. There are pets in the home, dogs and cats. To move in you will need 1st month's rent and if you have a pet their rent too, pets are twenty- per month.
