There is also washer and dryer in the basement available to use. Looking for a working, responsible individual who is clean, and dog-friendly. Utilities (electricity/gas and internet) is split monthly. Electricity is usually $60-80 per person and Wi-Fi is $40 per person. The renter needs to have a stable job, provide one month deposit and first month’s rent, totaling $2,000 to move in. The deposit ($1,000) will be returned when the room is vacated

Owner is A male in his early 30’s, and his fiancé. She works full-time in the city and commutes on and off from 8am-8pm. The owner owns a logistics company and usually works 7 days a week; about the same hours. This is LGBTQIA+ friendly apartment. There are two pets two dogs on the property (a 17-year old shih tzu; and a 4-year old friendly American Bully.
