Hi, my name is Riley. I own and live in a fully remodeled home in the quiet, safe College-Glen neighborhood, and I’m renting out one of the bedrooms.

The room is spacious and comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstands if you’d like to use them, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture. It has a ceiling fan, a closet, and a large window that brings in plenty of natural light, making it warm and comfortable.

You’ll share a recently updated bathroom that features a modern vanity, glass-enclosed tub/shower, and clean tile work. The rest of the house is also fully renovated:
• Kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and lots of storage.
• Open living room with a large leather sectional—great for relaxing.
• Common areas are professionally cleaned, so you just keep up with your room.

Rent is $/month, flat. This includes all utilities—electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, landscaping, high-speed internet, and even TV subscriptions.

You’d be sharing the home with my wife and I and two other roommates. We’re all quiet, clean, and respectful. This is not a party house—we value a calm, drama-free living environment. It’s perfect for someone who is mature, responsible, tidy, and pays rent on time.

The location is convenient—minutes from CSUS, Highway , grocery stores, restaurants, and the American River trail system. There’s plenty of street and driveway parking available.
