Spare bedroom available October

Hello, I will have my spare bedroom that will be available in October. House is in a great location and close to the freeway and only
min drive to Fresno. I used to commute to Fresno daily for work and was it was an easy drive. This will be a shared home. You’re welcome to use the kitchen an all amenities. Washer and dryer on to use. You’re also welcome to use the outside patio and fire pit. Pg&e will be split. LGBTQ friendly. The bedroom is available for one person only but may consider couples.
First months rent is due prior to move Must have a reliable job and proof of income. Background check required at the expense of future tenant. Also I have two dogs and a cat so unfortunately no pets allowed. The dogs do not have free access to roam the house and when they are in the house I have them with me in my bedroom and them away outside if I need to run errands.
