Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to try out on a basis. Preference goes to flight attendants and traveling nurses or similar. Professionals that would hardly be here. No pets, no kids, no drama. Rent includes your own bathroom, outdoor seating area, room and closet (bed and furnishing if you need it). Street parking available. Can use laundry, includes utilities and internet. Use kitchen as needed, but living space is for my use only. First month due up front.
