Roommate Wanted

Description

Room with private bathroom. Month to month basis.

Deposit required.
Proof of employment is required.
Thirty day notice of vacancy is required by the renter or property owner.
Renter must keep clean bedroom, restroom, and common areas that are used.
Must be mindful and respectful.
Noise must be kept to a minimal.
NO overnight guest. All guest must leave by ten p.m.
Must get approval by property owner before adding or changing anything in the bedroom, or anywhere else in the house.
Renter must purchase their own food, and supplies to include toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Must have own car.
