We’re seeking two friendly, tidy, and responsible women (mid-s) to join us in our cozy -bath home in Fountain Valley, right off Brookhurst & Heil.

📅 Move-in: December 1st 

💰 Rent: $ for the smaller room ( for the bigger room ()

Utilities: $ includes a cleaning lady a Gardner, water, trash, internet, and electricity

🚫 No: Drugs, smoking, or overnight guests (only when my daughter stays with me, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Friday-Sunday)
